There's always time for tea with this free crochet pattern. Have a tea party once you're finished making it.

This would be a great "gift bag". Depending on the event, this could be made in colors to match the occasion. Cleaver idea. I know I would love to have this as part of a gift.

Adorable. This twee cup and saucer is so delicate and charming. I love the concept and was hoping that they would be separate pieces. No matter. This will be a nice new nick-nack to add to the ever increasing treasure trove.

I love this idea, like the poster says below, we can use the tea cup to put nuts or candies for gift-giving. If you have a friend or family member who's decor is vintage shabby chic, a set of these in a couple different coordinating colors would be a great idea. They are so pretty! I kind of miss crocheting with thread, I haven't don that in decades!

i remember this patteren. i have made this like over 20 years ago they are fun to make as you can put a small butter dish in the cup part. and put cool things like candy or nuts or what ever you would want to put in it for a gift. love it. connie fenimore
