I couldnt figure out how in the world the designer managed to get those fascinating prints on the napkins. Then she explainedCriCut! I dont have one, dont plan to get one, so I guess this particular craft isnt for me. If you do have one, the designer created several files to print off and gives a detailed description of exactly how to create the napkins.
