"Sweet Potato 3 Patterns designed this coffee cozy sweater wrap for beginners to practice crocheting the basic single crochet stitch. The pattern comes with 4 options that each create a totally different look and texture. My hope is to help those new to crochet work on a quick project that they will get excited about completing and want to make more and learn more. Check out how different all the textures are, they are all crocheted using the same single crochet stitch, just in different ways."

Do you see the possibilities with this basic of basic coffee cozy pattern? If you have your creativity ready, think of all the embellishments that you could add to different colored cozies. Red, Christmas/holiday- add a mini crocheted snowflake. Green, St. Paddy's Day- add a little rainbow or a pot of gold. Pink for Valentine's Day, adding a red heart or two. Endless possibilities.

Kudos to the designer of this set of patterns! Shes taking one basic form and just by adjusting the way the Single Crochets are worked, you have four different effects. Be advised, the pattern(s) are not on the initial link. You need to click on the hot link between the photos of the completed cups and the strips. Free Ravelry download, and you cant get better than that.
