This pattern is awesome. I contains the written instruction, a diagram, and extra pictures. I love working with diagramed patterns whenever possible. The instructions are so much more compact when you just have to look at one diagram as opposed to several printed sheets with written directions. Im not going to make a pillow with this but I have an even bigger and better plan for these roses.

I can hardly believe this is the first pattern this designer ever made. I appreciate that the designer provides both text instructions and charts for the crafter to work from. I did spot one tiny omission in the first set of Popcorn Stitches as there should be a Ch2 immediately after each Popcorn. It is noted in the following line where the total amount of Popcorns and Ch2s are given.

I like to crochet by a diagram or as she calls it a pattern chart. Those chain 2s are shown correctly in her chart.
