"Cute and quick Crochet Heart Garland. The garland is the perfect decoration for Valentine’s Day. It would also look so cute in a little girls room or as a baby shower decoration. Stitches to know include half double crochets and foundation half double crochet. Using a stiffer yarn like Red Heart Super Saver seems to give the heart the best shape. The Garland can easily be made any length you desire. This is a great project for scrap yarn."

What a sweet idea. I love decorating for holidays and this is one of the cutest designs I've seen for Valentine's Day.

Were getting pretty desperate for Spring around these parts (naughty groundhog!), so I worked up three of these heartsone large and two medium--in brown jute and strung them together as directed. Then I filled the bottom center with a bird nest and tiny eggs, and the two side hearts with ivy and flowers. Voila, instant wall decoration that can be used for any season, not just Spring.
