Love this idea! I have seen crochet holiday garlands, but this is such a unique idea. Use this graduation garland for years to come instead of buying paper garlands over and over. Cap and tassel colors can be changed to accommodate school colors. Craft cotton yarn would be nice and sturdy. Tassel tutorial link included. Great memento to hand down to the next generation.
