Cozy Zen Pillow

A couple of months ago, I was invited to participate in a fun challenge by Hobbii Yarn, the Cozy Challenge and I had to hop on! The challenge was based on quilt and log-cabin inspired designs – and we were invited to explore and interpret this theme through our pattern designing skills. I chose to create a Tunisian crochet pillow using Hobbii Amigo Chunky (the perfect cozy yarn with nice stitch definition) to represent the Cozy theme. I decided on these beautiful blue-green colors that worked so well together. I chose Patina Green and Petroleum Green. Initially, I did a poll to ask whether I should create separate patches to attach or do surface slip stitch and you all liked the think slip stitch idea. This pillow has a rustic look! This was my first time attempting surface slip stitch on the Tunisian full stitch.
