If lighting real tea-light candles, do not leave them unattended and if you are, then know that you are doing so at your own risk. Abbreviations ch = chain sc = single crochet scBLO = single crochet back loop only st = stitch sts = stitches sl st = slip stitch p = picot stitch fo = fasten off Skill Level Beginner - this pattern uses basic stitches used in different ways. Measurement Each cozy measures about 2” (5 -6 cm) in diameter Gauge 16 sc and 12 rows = 2.5 “ (10cm) with a 2.5 mm crochet hook Notes - You can use any type of DK cotton yarn as long as you have a corresponding crochet hook size (check yarn label for recommendations) You can make the pattern larger or smaller by changing the type of yarn and/or hook size. Be sure to measure your beginning chain to match the circumference of your candle. Numbers at the end of each step (in brackets) indicate the number of final stitches in that step.
