I am not sure but I think that this basket would also be a good tissue box cozy in a pinch. During the whole month of November, this must take center stage on a table some where. It can be filled with treats or even used as a type of centerpiece to hold flowers. I know I will be making this.

Between baskets and pillows I think I have my fair share of them both. However, I do not have a basket in the shape of a turkey. I just have to make this. I can see it on my Thanksgiving table all full of those crescent rolls. Thanks for sharing the pattern.

The biggest problem with this project is my having to decide exactly how many of these to work up! With several families coming to dinner this year, I might just work one up for each and after the meal, send one home filled with a bag of leftover Halloween candy. The finished size is plenty large enough to use as a small bread basket at table, too.
