Reindeer Baubles
"Crochet some adorable Reindeer baubles for your Christmas tree, or as little festive gifts! I have used Chunky weight acrylic yarn and a 5mm and 4mm hook for my reindeer baubles. You can use any weight or type of yarn. Just use a hook 1 size smaller than recommended for the main reindeer pieces and a hook 2 sizes smaller for the antlers. This will change the finished sizes. As a guide, using #4 weight yarn and a 4mm and 3mm hook will reduce all dimensions by approximately half an inch."
Crochet HookG/6 or 4 mm hook, H/8 or 5 mm hook
Yarn Weight(5) Bulky/Chunky (12-15 stitches for 4 inches)
Crochet GaugeGauge:
Exact gauge is not important. Use a hook 1 size smaller than recommended for your yarn to keep your stitches compact. Use a hook 2 sizes smaller for the antlers.
Finished SizeFinished size (approx.): Head = 2.5” in Diameter. Ear to ear = 4.5” in Width. Antlers to base = 4” in Height.
