This is such a well organized pattern. And easy to do. I really like it and you can customize it by adding or subtracting squares. I just will change colors for it for holidays. It's a little too busy for a formal Christmas runner. Think white, red and green or gold and white would be very classy. And for thanksgiving maybe a rust, brown and gold? Thank you for sharing this great patter.

I love this pattern. Change the color scheme and it would work for just about any season. I can see this on my picnic table next summer! So easy to work up since youre dealing with components. The author tells how many of each square to work, provides a diagram laying out the squares, and shows how to connect the squares and complete the project. Joyful Flowers is a good name for this as it makes me happy just looking at it.
