Holiday Camper Crochet Pillow Free Pattern
"Before we get into the Holiday Camper Crochet Pillow, which makes a beautiful holiday home decor piece, I would love to hear how you keep your kids from finding the presents. This year our boys are a bit older and a bit more curious. So like many parents, we are trying to be sneakily about their Christmas gifts and hide them where we think they may not find them. At first, I thought maybe my office, but they come in here way too much and try to touch everything. I mean, it’s a lot of craft supplies and challenging to resist. So I get it. So then we decided what we felt was the ultimate plan. Hide the presents at someone else’s house. And my sister’s house seemed like the perfect spot. She already has stuff for her upcoming wedding in her guest room, so they wouldn’t even question a few more boxes in there. Plus, it’s the dull room compared to her video game room. But then we came upon the problem of transferring and hiding the gifts. So we started putting some stuff in this from room unit behind the barn doors. They don’t go in there much anyway, and it usually just has yarn, of course. But for good measure, we tied a tight knot on the door with a red ribbon. I hope it’s merely disguised as holiday decor lol. I mean the trouble we go through so we can experience that Christmas morning surprise! What about you? Have you found some interesting places to hide gifts? Asking for future years?"
