"Do you like Fold Up or Fold Down Slouchy Beanies? For me it really depends on the style and the yarn, but if my littles are wearing the hat then I prefer a fold up brim. A fold up brim beanie seems to stay on a toddler and child’s head so much better than a slouchy style beanie! That’s why when I design a crochet hat pattern for a baby or toddler I like to have the option of both! Then there is my husband, I don’t think he realizes it, but when he wears a beanie style hat he seems to go for a slouchy. This Free Star Stitch Free Crochet Beanie Pattern is designed to be worn both ways, fold up brim or slouchy!"
