"Make a pretty hat and scarf set! The Cozy Hugs Hat Pattern matches the Cozy Hugs Scarf Pattern so you can wear them together. The hat is worked from the bottom-up. The band is crocheted in rows and the remainder of the hat is added straight to the band and it is worked in rounds. This lovely soft yarn makes a beautiful hat. It is comfortable to wear and super soft. You can easily customize the hat height to make it slouchy by adding extra repeat rounds."
Crochet HookH/8 or 5 mm hook, J/10 or 6 mm hook

Two for one. This cozy hugs hat pattern has an attachment for a matching scarf. There is not a video tutorial for making the hat but there are links to for helpful tutorials and video tutorial. I enjoyed them all. Even though I have a little time under my belt crocheting, I can still learn from others.

Gotta like that Hopscotch by Red Heart. This is a fairly new yarn choice for me, and i find that the colors really speak to me. Yarn choice is a HUGE part of why I crochet, and how I make my decisions as to what patterns I will be making. I believe the hat uses one skein only. Nice -)
