This is a simple graph pattern, but if youve never worked to a graph before, dont expect any instructions with this project. The designer obviously expects the crafter to already be familiar with the general concepts. The linked page doesnt have the actual pattern but rather a link to a .pdf download. The graph itself is easy to read and self-explanatory.
