This silly hat is sure to charm adults and toddlers alike. Good thing, because the designer gives instructions for all sizes from infant to adult. She assumes you can make a basic earflap hat as the photo array starts when you actually assemble the parts of the hat. The embedded video is for another one of her projects, but is useful in showing how to stitch on the spots.
