I have made these Cabbage Patch style hats and they were surprising easy to crochet. Just took a little practice to get the right tension for the loop stitch but then the hat crochets up quickly. Much fun to make two for a mother-daughter combination to use for an easy Halloween costume!

#BestIdeaEver I made an adult sized one in pink for my friend who lost her hair due to chemotherapy. She had seen the hat online and wanted one in her size, It didn't come out EXACTLY as I wanted it to, but it made her really happy! She wears it on chemotherapy days, and makes everyone smile a little bit!
