Bat Pen Crochet Cozy

A great way to get into the Halloween spirit at work or school when you can't wear a costume is to work up a Bat Pen Crochet Cozy! This way, you can have a little bit of Halloween with you all day long. Use your favorite Halloween colors to work these up, and give them to your children's teachers as cute Halloween teacher gifts. If you're a teacher yourself, these would be fun prizes in academic Halloween-themed games throughout the week. As an elementary school teacher I liked to pass out little school notions during holidays when I taught fourth and fifth grade. I would have loved to gift this at the start of the year and give little felt "critters" through the year to update the pen cozy.

So this is really a thing? A crochet pen cozy is one way to keep those little pen thieves from taking your pen and if they do, how can they deny that it does not belong to them.
