Doughnut Crochet Granny Square
In our humble opinion, there's no baked treat like the doughnut. If tucking into a fresh-baked doughnut is a favorite morning ritual for you, then consider showing everyone how much you love the tasty delicacies by showing off the Doughnut Crochet Granny Square. Featuring a delicate background and attention to detail, this easy crochet pattern even includes particular stitch styles to create the frosting and sprinkles of the doughnut. As this crochet granny square uses an assortment of colors, you may be able to complete this pattern just by reaching into your yarn stash.

My cousin that lives up north does a little baking on the side. Right now I do not think that donuts are a part of what she likes to prepare but this may give her a gentle nudge in that direction. She is such a great baker; I have yet to taste something I do not like. I can only imagine what her donuts would be like.

This one is adorable. Also the donut crochet granny square is adorable and looks so yummy. For all of us foodies, this is one way to have your cake and eat it too, so to speak. This would be cute to hang in a frame on a kitchen wall.

Not sure what I would use the doughnut granny square on or with by itself. I visited the designers blog via the link for instructions posted here and see that it is actually only one square of a series of squares that when joined together create an awesome blanket. Not sure that I would be able to make one though as I would get hungry every time I looked at it.

Yay, this is one of the missing pieces of the Bake Shop Blanket Series Ive been looking for. The first square I founda piece of candycontained a dead link to the rest of the series. So glad this has been reposted. This would make a cute pillow cover for an adult, and an adorable blanket for a baby or toddler. Sweets for the sweet!
