Star Stitch Fingerless Gloves
"These fingerless gloves were made working on star stitch and it took me about two hours to finish it. I offer a video tutorial in spanish with english subtitles in which I use a medium weight yarn and a 5.5. mm hook. I also offer a written pattern in spanish and in english, in which I use a light to medium weight yarn and a 5.0 mm hook. Both with clear instructions and beginner friendly. I also show how to avoid a gap between first and last star stitch of each round."

These are a pair of great all purpose fingerless gloves, or mitts. A great design feature with the "Star Stitch" fingerless gloves is the long arm. There are so very many tops with 3/4 sleeves these days, and making a pair of long fingerless gloves which cover most of my arm, will indeed bridge the gap between where my sleeves end and the glove begins. I need these! Thanks for the easy to do pattern.

The Star Stitch is a sentimental favorite of mine as this was what I used when I made receiving blankets for my twins. These fingerless gloves even look warm and snuggly. Yes, the video is in Spanish (with subtitles), but the written instructions and photos are all very well done in English. I love the ribbed cuffs as this will most definitely keep the gloves in place.
