Sweet Strawbaby Mittens
"Mittens look good with everything, especially Baby mittens! This pattern is super easy and it takes about 20 mins to make a pair. Whip hundreds of them up in an hour. You can use different colors and make stripes, 2 colors like I made, or just one solid color. Be creative and make a set by making a simple cut hat along! Super easy."
Crochet HookG/6 or 4 mm hook
Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)
Finished Size2 inches long and 1 1/2 inch wide
Materials List
- Worsted weight yarn. I used Caron Simply Soft. Use as many colors as you like.
- G or 4.00 hook. You can also use 4.25 if you like.
- Yarn Needle.
Instructions
Make 2 Ch 4 and sl st into first stitch or magic circle.
Rnd 1; ch 1, 8 sc in circle
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st, ( note, do not sl st into first stitch) (16 st)
Rnd 3: sc in each st all around. (16 st) Continue rnd 9 till you reach 2 inches long.
Rnd 4-5: Front-post sc in first st, 1 normal sc in nxt stitch.
Rnd 6: sc in each stitch around.
Fasten off. Weave in ends. Gift or keep!!

These mittens are so named because they look very similar to strawberries. Only the colors have been changed. They should look like red.
