Sleeping Sugars Baby Blanket
"Who doesn’t love those little ones on their baby blankets? Now you’ll have the Sleeping Sugars Baby Blanket to add to your list! Be sure to steal some of the sleeping sugars while your precious one is resting too! It's a great last minute project too because you'll be working with a bulky yarn. No more worrying about finishing up that baby shower gift. You'll be prepared and will wow the mom and others with your crochet skills!"

To tell you the truth when I first saw this I didn't think baby.mi thought how much it looked like a flag. S it only me? Change out the stripes to red, white and blue and see what I mean. I can even add some stars to it. Thanks for sharing.

I love this project! The Post Fan Stitches make it look like its filled with tiny little hearts. Because the hearts are only suggested, you could easily change the color scheme to allow the blanket to be worked up for a baby boy or girl. The bold stripes set it apart for the run of the mill pastel newborn pattern. I love the extra wide edging, too, as its substantial enough to support the rest of the design.
