"It finally started snowing here so I decided to make a snowflake hat! This preemie hat is cute with the blue "background", but I think it would still look cute with a purple or pink "background" as well. I like everything about this pattern EXCEPT for the actual snowflake. It just looks too sparse sitting there on the hat. Ill either embroider a cluster of flakes, or go with an actual crocheted flake and sew it to the hat. Wonderful idea, just needs to be tweaked a bit. Maybe add a pompon on top, too?
