"Playing with colors and inspiration led me to create a colorful surface crochet fingerless glove pattern, perfect for any chilly day! All you need to know is how to change colors, increase and basic surface slip stitch crochet (if your not sure, there are tons of YouTube videos on this!). The fingerless gloves can be worn on either side. The head wrap can be worn with the button facing the back or front, it’s up to you. Very cute set!"

What a pretty set of accessories! The link above leads to the page for the gloves alone unfortunately, the link for the headwrap is no longer available. You could work this project without the surface crochet, but its a great additional skill to have and give any project a unique look. Thats why I was surprised that theres nothing about the surface crochet in the instructions.

Have any of you used Michaels Loops Threads Impeccable yarns? They are great for hats and mittens, in my opinion. It's got a great stretch to it and comes in several different colors that are mostly fashion forward. It is a lot softer than value yarn or the basic Red Heart line. I could have a lot of fun making this.
