These are fast and simple to make. My cats love them, especially if I add a little cloth pouch with cat nip to it. They make good stress balls too. The link no longer works, so just go to the website and hover over patterns, then click free in the menu bar near the top of the page. Once you are on the free pattern page, scroll down until you find the egg pattern.
