I found it very easy to get to the directions and "save as" on my computer. Granted the first thing you see is a request to sign up for their free update on patterns, but if you scroll down there is the pattern. If you want to save it to your computer click where it says to print. It will open the pattern into a new window. Go to "File" up on the bar and click on "Save As". Simple.

This comment only gives information about how to save the pattern something which most people should already know. In comments, I look for comments about the PATTERN design, work-up, suggestions, etc. This commenter gave a rating of only 3 out of 5 stars and absolutely NO reason for the somewhat low rating. It can't be because of people not knowing how to save the pattern, as that has nothing to do with the pattern itself. Why only 3 stars???

Listen up - Before you start complaining about having to do this or that, look at the entire page. All you have to do is ignore the request to sign up for the newsletter, scroll down to the middle of the page and you will find the pattern in its entire glorious form. After all, this is how they get their following, its how I found the allfreecrochet site and most others. So, don't get upset about not finding something until you have actually looked for it.

I am disappointed, as well. I use this site becuse of the free instructions and am frustrated when all they want is to sign me up for their site or I have to waste paper in order to download a pattern. Boo-hiss

This happens to me also, usually going back and clicking the link again works. Also, the ad to sign up has a small close link at the top so if that is what you get just close it.

I think you need to try the websites you send us to. I tried to get the doily covers, which I haven't seen used since I was a child, and the site just wanted me to sign up, but did not have the pattern where I could find it. They obviously only want to get traffic to buy patterns from them. I am very disappointed.
