This is a vintage crochet pattern and I would just like to say, back in the day, people knew how to set a table. It would not have been anything to have this set out just for a social gathering, nothing really special. Folks now a days are always taking the short cut. This is what I call class.

I love when I run across a vintage pattern. The hostess that had these would get a lot of praises for her table setting. However, when these were being made, she would not have been the only one with a beautiful place setting either.
