This is adorable! I'm just trying to decide what yarn to use. I think it would be pretty in a cream or really anything. I read yesterday that stars are all the rage this spring and I think this would be a nice lightweight scarf to have for chilly days. I can't wait to start on it.

Isnt this a fun looking project? I have several variegated yarns that would work very well for this, but you could also work it in solids, too. Each star is completely worked before progressing to the next one, so you could change yarn color when you start a new star. Youd have more control over the placement of your colors, but admittedly, that would also mean dealing with a lot more ends.

This is so unique. If I were to wear something like this, I would like to do a double twist in the neck to make it really bulky in that area esp on cold days. Here's the link to the patten http//www.mooglyblog.com/starstuff-cowl/
