Something about the finished look of this cowl shown over a military style jacket that looks oh so fashionable. I like the adjustable drawstring. That is what makes it stand out amongst most other cowls I have seen. You can tighten it closer around the neck when the wind is howling, and loosen it when necessary, all in one day. You don't have to chose your cowl based on the current weather! Get it? The yarn used is super yummy and soft, to boot.
