Foldover Cowl
"This is a very simple cowl to stitch – it is stitched flat with increases on one side, a work even section, and decreases on the other side. When the buttons are placed, the long side edge becomes the straight bottom of the cowl! The cowl uses about 400 yards of worsted weight yarn in one color, an I/5.50mm hook or size needed to obtain gauge, and 5 3/4” shank buttons. It is suitable for beginners!"

This foldover cowl looks really nice and comfortable. I am looking for something to keep myself warm during the long winter months coming up. This is also done in my favorite color, which I love! I will have to get all my current projects done and get started on some scarves!

This pattern from the photo looks difficult but once you read the instructions you can see it is not. The directions are easy to follow and it makes for a nice cowl. I do not like cowls that fit tightly around the neck and this does not. Also it makes a nice addition to an outfit. Thank you for the pattern.
