In my opinion, I bet you could categorize this as an advanced beginner. Or, funny, maybe call it a beginner stage intermediate. Ha ha! I don't think it is all that difficult. It looks so pretty and intricate. But reading the pattern it reads fairly easy to do. Just don't lose your place on the page. Good luck making this cowl! I love the look!
