This All Grown Up Crochet Cowl stands out because of the color lime accentuating the predominantly blue motif of the cowl. This will look great in a solid blue or solid lime top. Awesome!

I can always count on Moogly Blog projects to be well written, thoroughly tested, and crafter approved. This cowl is no exception. The only slightly tricky stitches are the Shallow Posts, and as always, theres a link to a lovely video demonstration (for both right and left handers). If you do decide to work up this project, follow Tamaras advice and start with a Foundation Double Crochet. It takes a little longer to start out, but is so worth it for projects like these.

A very inventive cowl pattern, for sure. I like the post stitches and the random striping. I can see trying this one for something a step beyond what I would normally wear in my cowls. Usually I stick with solid colors or subtle variegated yarns. It almost has a nautical look, with the blues and the yellow/white. It seems easy enough to make.

This crochet cowl pattern definitely looks easy - I love the stripes. Might have to make this for my mom this holiday season...
