Christmas Jingle Ball Ornaments
If you love the look of ball ornaments on your tree, but hate using glass ornaments because they break, then these yarn ball ornaments are the perfect crochet pattern to make this year. Red, white, and green yarn is used to work up these Christmas Jingle Ball Ornaments. Each festive crocheted ornament measures about 3 inches by 3 inches. I am always getting confused with the different terminology used for yarn weights. This project calls for dk yarn as opposed to worsted weight yarn. Does anyone else get confused too or is it just me? DK means double knitting and is a 3 on the weight chart. Here is a little cheat sheet for those that need it. https//craftbits.com/yarn-weight-cheat-sheet-and-g == uidelines/

These have a nice and simple, country, rustic, woodlands look to them. I think if you wanted to you could even change up the colors to a cranberry instead of a red, and a deeper evergreen instead of the Christmas green, and then a creamy off white. I appreciate the easy to read pattern from Hopeful Honey. Displaying them on a bare tree branch is such a great minimalistic idea!

It would be helpful if the patterns you share would be ones that have a print option button on the page. I don't want to waste ink printing out info that is not needed to make the piece but I also don't like to have to copy paste the pattern to a WORD document so that I can print it out.
