Toy Storage Hammock
"Need more storage for your child’s stuffed animals? Make this super easy cotton hammock! This simple design works up very fast (you can make this is one afternoon) and simply hangs onto some plastic wall hooks. Don’t worry, it will not fall down or fall off the hooks. I have had my son’s hammock up for over a month and it is nice and strong! This pattern uses 100% cotton yarn and size J hook."

Hi there, I'm trying to knit an infant hammock. Can anyone help with some patterns?

I wish I had this pattern when my kids were younger. But now I can make this up for my Grandkids. This Toy Storage Hammock is what every parent needs to help keep the kids room cleaner. The written pattern is well written and so easy to understand and follow. I like that you can make it as small or large to suit your needs. This one is a must have if you have children or even if you collect stuffed animals. A nice way to display them. Thank you so much for sharing this free crochet hammock pattern.

What a great idea to help keep some of those stuff animals off of the floor. I know I have storage issues at my house and I like that this idea would become part of the decor in the room as special toys get a special spot in the hammock.

This is one of those items that is in every stores until you actually need one and nary a one can be found. IKEA is the only place I know that reliably carries them, and the closest one to me is still several hours away. I just returned home from visiting one set of grandkids, and they would use a few of these hammocks. Which will guarantee that as soon as I finish and send it to them, theyll magically appear at the dollar store.

A great way to keep a younger childs room clutter free. I am thinking that, based on the age, this would probably be up high enough to keep them from wanting to swing on or in this hammock which could pose a choking hazard. It looks easy enough to make and I always have a stash of cotton yarn on hand.

I see I am not the only one who remembers these toy nets. Wouldn't it look adorbs in a rainbow color scheme? It would make it so fun to fill up with all your toys! I think you can make this as large or as small as you see fit, and easily too.

What a cute idea. I have seen these in stores and wanted to buy one but the prices always seemed over the top for such a simple thing. Now that I have such an easy pattern to follow, I can make one for each of my grand kids. Their stuffed animals will have a neat place in which to hang out.

I remember purchasing one of these "nets" when my boys were little to hold all of those stuff animals. At the time I was not crocheting but this would have been an easy project to complete and I would probably still have it.
