Is it me or does this little shrug look like it has a little collar? The addition of the edge to the sleeves really sets this one a little higher in quality. It is always about the attention to detail. This could easily be worn during the warmer months and go well into the fall and winter depending on the color yarn you select.

What a cute little shrug for a young girl. At this time, I do not have a single person to create this for. I have two. I recently moved and the lady next doors have two adorable well behaved young girls that I would enjoy making this for. I am sure both of them will enjoy having this to add to their wardrobe.
