• Susan Bates ® Steel Crochet Hook: 2.55 mm [US 0]

SIZE:
Directions are written for child’s size; changes for adult’s size are in parentheses.
Finished Size: 5 (6)”(12.5 (15) cm) excluding ties

GAUGE:
6 sts = 1” (2.5 cm); 7 rows = 1” (2.5 cm).

INSTRUCTIONS:

OMBRE BRACELET
With A , ch 55 (60).
Fasten off.
With B, ch 15, join with sc in sixteenth ch on A ch.
Row 1 (RS): Sc in each ch across, ch 15; fasten off.
With C, ch 15, join with sc to sixteenth ch on previous ch.
Row 2: Sc in each ch across, ch 15; fasten off.
With D, ch 15, join with sc to sixteenth ch on previous ch.
Row 3: Sc in each ch across, ch 15; fasten off.
Trim ends to desired length.

CHEVRON BRACELET:
With E, ch 20, slip st in fifth ch from hook (loop made).
Row 1 (RS): Ch 1, turn; 7 sc in loop
Row 2: Ch 1, turn; skip first sc, sc in next 2 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in next 2 sc, skip last sc: 7 sc.
Repeat Row 2 until piece measures approximately 5(6)” (12.5 (15) cm).
Ch 15; fasten off.
Trim ends to desired length.

GRID BRACELET:
With A, ch 36 (40).
Row 1 (RS): Dc in fifth ch from hook, *ch 1, skip next ch, dc in next ch; repeat from * across; fasten off.
Border
Join F with slip st in any ch-1 space on foundation ch.
Round 1 (RS): Ch 1, (sc in base of next dc, sc in ch-1 space) around to end of row, work 5 sc in end of row, (sc in next dc, sc in next ch-1 space) around to end of row, work 5 sc in
end of row, (sc in base of next dc, sc in ch-1 space) around to first sc; join with slip st to first sc; fasten off.
Tie
With C, ch 50 (55).
Using photo as a guide, weave Tie through Bracelet.
