The shell stitch is one of my favorite to make. This shell crochet bracelet is being moved to the top of my to make list. I love the color of this one but I feel I am unable to see all the beauty of the stitch by using that color. I know I will make mine in a solid color. More than likely I will make more than one of them too.

What wonderful items we can crochet with self-color changing yarn. This shell crochet bracelet is pretty with variegated yarn but would also be a fashion statement in a single color. Simple and beautiful.

Very cute and very easy. The shell was the first pattern I learned to use to create some of my rookie attempts. I still use it a lot but never like this. It's so easy and if you use an ombr type yarn, it self shDes. You don't have to change yarns to get different colors. I can also see weaving beds they it to give it a little pizazz.
