This Braided Button Bracelet pattern is a good one to make for little girls. You dont have to worry about them breaking their bracelet and beads going everywhere. Using an animal or character button will put a smile on her face. Using a yarn with a glitter thread could turn this into a stylish bracelet for a festive occasion.

I have a can of old button my grandmother collected. I have held on the the button knowing one day I would find the perfect patterns. Well, I will be using my pattern and my grandmother's button. The bracelets will be given to charity.

My teenage granddaughters are going to love this one! It took me about 20 minutes to finish the first one, but that was because Im used to working in the hump of the chain rather than the rest of the stitch. If you dont have a button handy, you can make a matching (or contrasting) bobble instead. This is a great scrap buster, too! Its a really fun project because it goes so quickly.
