There are no written instructions when you click on the linkonly a posted video. If you go to the YouTube version, it directs you back to same initial linked page. The only way to get written instructions is to provide your name and email addresswhich also subscribes you to the authors newsletter. Im already a subscriber by choice, but this may be off putting to other readers.
