Caitlin Walker
It all started with borrowed hooks, a bit of yarn, and countless hours watching YouTube videos and scratching her head over ridiculously obscure crochet terms (front post back loop of the second chain over ... wut?). Then, Caitlin Walker successfully designed and crocheted a mustache (yes, a mustache). Then she made a hat. Then she made another hat. And BAM. She was addicted.
In between changing diapers and yelling, “GET DOWN FROM THERE!” nine million times a day, Caitlin crochets dimensional pieces with lots of visual interest. If she's lucky, her three children (all under the age of three currently) take naps at the same time and she can write down the pattern before it disappears in the murky recesses of her brain.
Visit her blog, Walker Whimsey, for more crocheted creations, crafty things, adventures in parenting, and other general randomness.
