If ever there was a project that called for self striping or cake yarn, this is it. I love how this big bag gathers at the top. Dont miss that great tip about making sure the handles are even, too. The pattern is simplicity itself, but if you still need help, there are instructional videos for both right and left handers.

This is a very pretty bag. I make and sell crochet bags so this caught my eye. It's so easy to make that I may make more than one. I love Red Hearts Unforgettable yarn so that's what I will use. It self shades and changes shades very nicely. This looks like it in Vineyard!

I am left wondering exactly what yarn the designer chose for her sample shown in the picture. The pattern states that we use worsted weight yarn, I get that. But I really like how the bag looks, in all the shades of pink, rose, and mauve. So I wonder- did she use a Red Heart Super Saver? It is so girly and frilly. What a fun and eye catching bag that will get compliments, I am sure.
