Presenting my Crochet Fantasy Blanket, made as a vibrant beacon in the dark winter months. Super easy to create, warm and comfy, this lapghan is a result of the #HobbiiNoShadesofGrey challenge. Looking forward to seeing your color-filled creations! The yarn I used for my project was provided by Hobbii Yarn as part of the challenge. #sponsored This pattern includes instructions to make 9 different blanket sizes. The stitch used for most of the blanket is the Griddle Stitch (also known as the Lemon Peel Stitch). I have included the video tutorial in the post - it’s super easy and uses just single crochet and double crochet stitches. The only other stitch you will need to know is a dc2tog for the 4 detail rows near the beginning and ending edges of the project. These detail rows are for those of you who are making this in a solid color. It adds a little bit of interest - instead of having the entire project worked in the same stitch pattern. Instructions are included to omit those detail rows and replace them with the Griddle Stitch too. Just in case you’d like to use the one stitch from start to finish."
