I first discovered the Star Stitch when expecting my twins and on bed rest. Even after making a baby afghan apiece, this stitch still remains one of my favorites. I am a fan of cup cozies, too, so I grabbed some bulky yarn and hook and worked it up on the spot. Theres a great tutorial on the Star Stitch plus step by step photos. The downloadable .pdf makes it even easier to keep this pattern in your files.
