If I see another cowl pattern I am just going to..... Wait, This one is different. I love the textured look of it. I have gifted a few in the past because I am not a cowl kinda gal, but this one is exceptionally different. This might be the one I make and keep for myself.

So, I need another cowl pattern like I need another hole in my head. Look at this one. It is just a cowl but the crochet technique and the two tone yarn selection really caught my eye. I really like the scalloped edge. This cowl pattern is being pushed to the top of the list.

The crochet world is not always filled with chunky or super bulky yarn! Sometimes we prefer to work a particular pattern using a pretty DK weight yarn. I think that the color blocking is an unexpected twist. I know this cowl will take me much longer to finish than even a worsted weight yarn. However, it is so very pretty to look at!
