Because the construction of this beanie is so simple, you can create this hat using light, medium, and even bulky weight yarn! I especially love the way it looks when using a lightweight yarn. Throughout the entire pattern you will only be using one stitch: the single crochet. The beautifully textured, ribbed effect that you see is from alternating the usage of the front and back loop."
