First impression, this looks like a poncho made with the traditional granny square. After reading the directions, I am still thinking it is a version of the granny square and I know I could make this really easily. The Premier Sweet Roll yarn is what gives it the appearance of color changes. I love the Butterscotch pop for fall.

I love the titles Kathy Lashley gives her creations. I really like this Dixie Charm Poncho and I have all intentions in making this for my step daughter. I saw her in a article similar to this and I know she will love this one as well.

This is cute! It is a very girly looking poncho. SO much so, that I don't really think I can pull off something like this. It seems like it's more for a 'tween or younger teen. Maybe if I picked a more "grown-up" colorway it would make the difference? Does the Sweet Roll come in shades of taupe and mocha? Even dark teal I would LOVE. A nice comprehensive pattern, too.

Beautiful colors and such a gorgeous crochet pattern too. Because we have winter approaching here in South Africa and I am thinking of also using this stitch pattern for a shawl. But first, the poncho, lol! I have never seen Premier Sweet Roll yarn here in South Africa so might have to find a substitute if I do not find it easily available online.

I really like to work with the Sweet Roll yarn. The color combinations are beautiful. This poncho is cute for any age group that wants to look boho chic. I love making ponchos for my daughter and friends. They also have colors that aren't as bright but are still gorgeous! Happy crocheting, this pattern looks fun to make!

I am not a beginner, but I would love to use my skills and crochet one of these charming little ponchos. Love the boho look it has and the color combination with all the pinks makes it even more beautiful. I have a couple of skeins of the Sweet Roll yarn that I picked up at a local store, but havent had a chance to use then until now.
