Crafty Carrying Case

"The Crafty Carrying Case is a great way to keep your most important tools handy and take your crochet wherever you go! One of the great things about crocheting is its portability - but more often than not, you need more than just yarn and a hook. I’m always digging through my bag for my needles, tape measure, and scissors - and too often getting a sharp poke for my trouble! A few years ago I designed a small needle case, and that was good for the needles (and the tiniest of scissors), but I got a lot of feedback from crocheters looking for something larger, with more storage options, such as a larger pocket for scissors. So here is the result - the Crafty Carrying Case! For more information, see: https://www.mooglyblog.com/crafty-carrying-case/"

A few of my friends and I have a craft club when we get together a craft stuff together. Some of us are proficient in knitting or crochet or needle work. This is the perfect carrying case for no matter the craft because at one point or the other you will be needing needles. I have to share this pattern with the ladies.

So I need another carrying case like I need a hole in my head. However, this little ditty is a little different from all of the other ones that I have. Guess what my next weekend project will be? I know I will love this design because of its practicality. I may make more than one and give it to a friend.

What a clever little scrapbuster. I think Im going to work a bunch of these up as Christmas gifts for my crochet students. They would also make great little items for a craft sale. One of my big gripes about selling my crocheted items is that no one wants to pay for the big, time consuming items, but having something to sell for a dollar or two works out fine.
