Bitty Berries Coin Purse
"Purse is worked in one piece from bottom to top, the bottom is folded up to become the front of the purse and the top is folded down to become the closure flap. The purse is first edged, then folded and side seams slip stitched shut. A button is sewn onto the front to secure purse contents. E hook is a smaller hook that is usually sold separately from most hook sets. If you do not have an E, may substitute F or G but must crochet very tightly, purse will be slightly larger than given dimensions. Turning ch does not count as a st."

Too cute for words. I dont carry a checkbook with me anymore and not sure too many people do in this day of the debit and credit card, but the coin purses are awesome. I really dont get too much change back because I pay with a card most of the time but these little holders are a good catch all item to have in your main purse to hold your credit cards and drivers license.

This is one of those little projects that tempt me to drop everything Im doing and snatch up a crochet hook! I hate carrying a big purse, so this little purse is just the right size to hold a bank card, house key and some cash, and tuck it in the pocket of my favorite jeans. The close texture will hold coins secure, too. Just the thing for running errands when you dont want to be loaded down with a larger bag.
