I love the herringbone pattern on this clutch, but I am not particularly happy with how the zipper is installed. I guess it goes back to my days working on wedding gowns and other alterations for a major department store. The standard method of attaching zippers to crochet work seems to be what I consider basting in, not actual sewing. Im not sure how to address this either as I dont make many projects with zippers.

I really like this little purse. But not for me. My grand daughter is turning 9 and has informed me that she is a big girl. So evidently big girls don't carry Hello Kitty crochet purses or Minnie Zmouse ones either. So I will try making her this in her two favorite colors, pink and purple. Thank you!
