This would be the perfect gift for a baby's first Christmas or a Christmas baby, especially if given with a matching Santa suit and booties. It would be adorable to dress baby up like that for holiday parties. It would also be great for photos and there are sizes for the entire family.

The hat all by itself is adorable and the addition of the crochet beard is priceless. I love this idea. I am sure even after the Christmas season has past, this will be a favorite dress up item. I love that the designer provided multiple sizes.

I have a six year old grandson who will love this. He wears a Santa hat all day Chrustmas and a red shirt. Last year his mom made him a Santa style coat. But he needs the beard. Eye liner does not a beard make! I may make him a reddish colored one for his Saint Patrick days elf outfit.

You would think it is too early to even start thinking about Christmas items, but actually its not. The year is half over already and its Christmas in July time. This pattern not only is for Santas beard but also for Santas hat. Its a two in one pattern. The beard is attached to the hat after completion.

I love this Santa's Best Beard pattern. The double loop stitch is awesome looking in this pattern making a fuller beard. I appreciate the different sizes of the beard so now I can make them for Grandpa and the grand babies. Now to go back to her site and see if I can find her hat pattern. The link didn't work for me..
